Constituent Services

Half the job of a representative is to bring your concerns to the State House. The other half is bringing the State House back to you in the form of investments and information.
I am committed to being present, responsive, and accountable to the people I represent. That means showing up, staying in touch, and making sure you always know where I stand and how I am working for you.
Regular Office Hours
Access to your representative should be consistent and reliable.
I will host office hours every two weeks across the district, rotating between Andover, North Andover, Tewksbury, and Boxford. These will be open to anyone who wants to share concerns, ask questions, or discuss local issues.
You should not have to navigate bureaucracy to be heard. You should be able to sit down and have a conversation.
Casework and Direct Assistance
When something goes wrong with a state agency, you deserve help.
My office will provide hands-on assistance with issues like unemployment claims, healthcare access, housing challenges, and other state services. Whether it is resolving delays or connecting you with the right resources, we will work to get you answers.
The government should work for you, and my office will help make sure it does.
Transparent and Consistent Communication
You deserve to know what your representative is doing.
I will send monthly email updates outlining legislation I am working on, votes I have taken, and key developments that affect our district. My office will also maintain an active website and social media presence to provide timely updates and opportunities to get involved.
You should never have to guess how your representative is spending their time.
Bringing Resources Back to the District
Representation is not just about voting on bills. It is about delivering results.
I will work to secure state funding and investments for our communities, including schools, infrastructure, public safety, transportation, and local programs. Just as importantly, I will make sure residents, small businesses, and local organizations know what resources are available and how to access them.
The State House should be a partner to our communities, not something distant from them.
Community Presence
Representation means showing up.
Beyond office hours, I will attend local events, meet often with community groups and unions, and stay engaged with residents across the district. Whether it is a town meeting, a school event, or a small business visit, I will be present and listening.
I will be a consistent presence in the community, not just at election time.
Accessible, Responsive, and Present
My office will be built around accessibility, responsiveness, and presence in the community.
I will travel to Boston as needed for votes, committee hearings, and legislative work to ensure our district has a strong voice at the State House, but the majority of my time will be spent in the district.
My office will encourage constituent contact and input, and I will prioritize timely responses to emails and calls, clear communication, and a welcoming environment for everyone who reaches out. No concern is too small, and every message (whether I agree with it or not) deserves a response.
Public service starts with showing up, and being available to the people you serve.
